How do you send documents to my clients for signing?
All documents are sent through your Transaction Desk or Skyslope account, ensuring you are always represented to your clients and have access to all signings at any time.

Do I have access to the transaction files you keep?
Absolutely! All documents and files are kept in your account, giving you full access even if you decide to stop using my services.

Do I owe a fee if the client cancels the contract?
No worries! I don’t charge any fees. I get paid only when you get paid.

How do I pay your fee?
My fee is taken directly from your compensation and paid at closing. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees!
